Submit a comment about FYFE Bill J EDD Comment by Denise Rekstad on March 18th 2007The Brodbecks admitted in court they did not investigate our motion to retain custody, which was supported by all the professionals except the Brodbecks, as requested by Judge Pratt....Comment by Sean Harrington on February 4th 2007Fyfe attempted to extort money from me; attempted to coerce me to withdraw a grievance I had filed with the regulatory agencies; and seemingly withheld a promised recommendation to restore parenting time with my daughter in exchance for an implied wiaver of suit regarding the attempted extortion. In doing so, violated several portions of the AAP Code of conduct, state law, the state's Chief Justice Directive 04-08, the law of contract, the law of tort and my civil rights.
